It is just a fact of life: residential work, especially in older homes, can be full of surprises. Most contractors build a "gotcha" factor into their bids to cover these unforseen hazards; you pay the full cost whether the job goes easily or not.
How We Work
You provide the products and materials of your choice.
We charge a flat rate of $200 for a half-day, or $400 for a full day of odd jobs. We tell you our anticipated timelines for the completion of each task. We deal with what comes along, and if there are any surprises, we let you know when we find them. We want the job to be done properly, the first time.
Don't have a full day of odd jobs? Are you sure? No leaky faucets, no paint touch ups needed? OK, how about your neighbor? We'll split our time between you and a neighbor, no problem.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time services are provided. Personal checks are preferred.
